A powerful natural infusion made from garlic, lemon, ginger, and mint that supports blood pressure, circulation, and joint comfort. Often called “natural morphine” for its soothing effects on muscle and rheumatic pain.
INGREDIENTS:
– 5–6 garlic cloves
– 1 medium ginger root (sliced)
– 2 lemons (sliced)
– A handful of fresh mint leaves
– 1 teaspoon cloves
– 3 cups water
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTION:
1. Wash and slice the lemons and ginger.
2. Peel the garlic cloves.
3. Add all ingredients except honey into a pot with water.
4. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Let it cool slightly, strain, and pour into a glass bottle.
6. Add honey if desired for taste.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
