Ingredients
- 4-5 large carrots, scrubbed or peeled
- 2 large oranges, peeled (or 1 cup of fresh orange juice)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger root (approx. 1 inch), peeled
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric root (approx. 1 inch), peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- Pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
Instructions (Juicer Method)
- Wash and prep all ingredients: scrub or peel the carrots, peel the oranges and lemon, and peel the ginger and turmeric.
- Feed all the ingredients through your juicer.
